Persian, Arabian, Roman, all the armies will obey Hazrat Mahdi without putting up a fight

ADNAN OKTAR: Our Prophet (saas) says, "Persian, Arabian, Roman, all the people of war will obey Mahdi without putting up a fight." "Persian, Arabian, Roman..." in other words, all the Christians, "...and all the people of war..." in other words, everyone who fights, "will obey Mahdi without putting up a fight." They will submit to him. "Afterwards, Mahdi will build mosques in Istanbul and other places." Our Prophet (saas) says this because Istanbul is the first place Mahdi (as) will appear, he will build mosques in there. Who is narrating this?
