It's an arranged marriage and, apparently, the nikaah ceremony was rushed as Veena's mum is not keeping well.
Veena confirmed the wedding news, Telling Geo TV, "I'm more than happy today, I think I'm the happiest girl in the world. Destiny just plays its part, we were destined to be there on this particular day . You will just get to know the details very soon."
Veena's husband Asad has business interests in Dubai and US. He's the son of one of Veena's dad's friend, Geo TV reported.
Asad said their parents had wanted them to get married as soon as possible. He added that wedding-related functions would be held in Dubai, US and Pakistan.
