In 1976 Caitlyn Jenner was known as Bruce, an American Olympian who had just become one of only 22 people in the world to win a Gold medal in the Decathalon but today she is known as Caitlyn after suffering from gender dysmorphia for years before finally transitioning in 2015 Four decades after being granted the gold Caitlyn has returned to Sports Illustrated to grace the cover once again.
