Istanbul Airport partially reopened on Wednesday

Istanbul's Atatürk International Airport partially reopened early on Wednesday morning, just hours after suicide bombings claimed at least 36 died and 150 injured  Passengers traveling outbound from Istanbul are being allowed to enter the airport after undertaking security checks However, the international arrivals section in the lower part of the airport remains closed  The information board showed that about one third of scheduled flights have been canceled, with a host of others delayed
