Chris Pine's fitness and diet routine

Chris Pine looks fit as ever on the current cover Men's Fitness. The 35-year-old actor recently revealed how he got his buff physique for his role in the upcoming third Star Trek film, Star Trek Beyond, and for his role in Wonder Woman and it wasn't by going on a superhero actors' diet to bulk up. The actor commented, "You've got Thor, you've got Captain America," he told the magazine. "These guys are eating 5,000, 7,000 calories, waking up just to eat food, eating 15 meals a day. For your liver, I don't think that's healthy." Pine did however, recently get more fit by swinging steel, baseball bat-like Clubbells, as well as kettlebell and dumbbells for his new training regimen.
