Houses and cars 'ruined' by flooding in Barking, UK

Shocking footage of a flooded residential road in Barking, UK following an intense overnight thunderstorm.

The video, filmed on Felton Road by Jodie Rose, 37, shows her talking to a man who's house was inundated with floodwater.

Jodie's house was undamaged because "the road starts to slope upwards at my house, but my neighbours as you can see on the video is under and contents is ruined."

She also wrote online: "I've lived here for 37 years and never had a flood.

"Bet this will affect the voting today."
