Missi roti is an Indian bread made with a combination of wheat flour and gram flour and seasoned with spices. Its tasty spicy and unique. So watch and learn how to make delicious Missi rotis only on Rajshri Food.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1 cup of gram flour
- ½ tsp of Ajwain Seeds
- 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
- ½ turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- water
- 2 tbsp oil
- ghee
- Chopped Onion
- green chillies
- red chilli powder
- amchoor powder
- salt

Method:
- Mix together wheat flour,gram flour,Ajwain Seeds,Red Chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt to taste and water. Knead the dough and add some water. Knead properly and keep it aside to rest for some time.

- In a bowl add the onions, green chillies, red chilli powder, amchoor powder and salt

- Make round balls out of the dough and make it flat with rolling pin

- Sprinkle the onion mixture and roll it again

- Heat a pan and roast the rotis apply ghee and roast it properly

Missi Rotis are ready to be served!
