3-Year-Old South Carolina Twins Drown In Swimming Pool

A Saturday afternoon cookout in Easley, South Carolina turned tragic shortly after twin 3-year-olds found their way into a nearby fenced-off swimming pool.

A Saturday afternoon cookout in Easley, South Carolina turned tragic shortly after twin 3-year-olds found their way into a nearby fenced-off swimming pool, reports WHNS. 
The boys, Caleb and Ezekiel Marcengill, were discovered in the lower depths of the water just before 2:30 pm, and authorities were called. 
According to the Independent Mail, their father and one of the homeowners attempted CPR, and when responders arrived, both children were rushed to an area hospital.
Caleb was pronounced dead and Ezekiel was placed on life support. 
Sadly, he passed away on Sunday. 
According to the coroner, the twins were likely under water for about 15 minutes before they were found.
The drowning deaths have been declared accidental, notes WSPA. 
A GoFundMe page has been set up to help the Marcengill family pay for the boys’ hospital and funerary expenses.
