Amitabh Bachchan Living On Just 25% Liver Function

Bollywood's most loved and respected actor, Amitabh Bachchan has made a shocking revelation at Hepatitis B media awareness campaign. Big B revealed that he has lost 75% of his liver to the Hepatitis virus. He further said that he is surviving on only 25% of his liver today. The actor said that during the shooting of his movie 'Coolie' in 1982, he had met with an injury, for which 60 bottles of blood was injected from close to 200 donors and one of them was carrying Hepatitis B virus due to which he also suffered from the disease. And by the time it was diagnosed in 2000, only one fourth of his liver was left. Big B also said that one can survive with even 12% of liver but no one would want to get to that stage.
