Following surgery on his labrum in the offseason, former Baltimore Ravens tackle Eugene Monroe became the first active NFL player to openly campaign for the use of medical marijuana Monroe was exiled by the Ravens after his comments this offseason, stating on Twitter "Ravens continue to distance themselves from me and my cause I invite you all to do some research. I won't stop. This is for my brothers"
