Vinny Desautel, a 7-year-old boy, grew out his hair to donate it to cancer patients. He has just discovered that he has cancer as well. Vinny’s father, Jason Desautel, stated, “He was mistaken for a girl many times, but Vinny took it like a champ…” Vinny himself even said, “I want to help people so they don’t have to go to the doctor to fight cancer.” Now he has been diagnosed with cancer in his eye and hip bone. His family wrote on a crowd funding page that, “Vinny is taking all of this like a brave little turd. There are many more tests ahead and they’re in the hospital for an undetermined amount of time.”
