GTA 5 TUG SPEED & ARMOR UPGRADE FAIL! (GTA 5 TUGBOAT Upgrade SUCK)

Gta 5 Finance and felony dlc introduced us to things like the new gta 5 pegassi reaper & FMJ Dlc update cars As well as gta 5 warehouses & gta 5 Headquarters N Some new gta 5 vip work, BUT it also introduced us to the gta 5 tug! a FREAKING TUGBOAT in gta 5 online, BUT theres only one thing wrong (maybe more) IT SUCKS! Thats right the gta 5 tugboat SUCKS! Rockstar games claim there is an upgrade for the tug boat but apparently the gta 5 tugboat upgrades has been glitching out because i have purchased the tugboat upgrades only to not get the tugboat speed upgrade or the tugboat armor upgrade so i just ended up wasting all of my gta 5 money on this dumb stupid tugboat! Now i may be doing something wrong although i dont see how so let me know in the comment section below what do i have to do to get the gta 5 online tugboat upgrades to work? i am sending a ticket to Rockstar Games about this issue and will be posting this video to @Rockstargames on twitter to see if they respond or if the gta 5 community have any answers for this gta 5 glitch! this time Rockstar games has hit a gta 5 money glitch on me!Does that mean Rockstar should be BANNED? xD
