Kimbo Slice Was Diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure Before Death

Mixed martial arts star, Kimbo Slice, had been diagnosed with heart failure and was awaiting a transplant when he died on Monday at the age of 42. Slice was suffering from severe abdominal pains, nausea and shortness of breath when he admitted himself to a hospital on Friday. According to a Broward County medical examiner's report, Slice was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and was placed in intensive care. He was scheduled for a transfer to a facility in Cleveland, where he would await a heart transplant.
