Sultan 2016 Review | Salman Khan & Anushka Sharma | Eid 2016
If it is a Salman Khan film, expect only and only Salman to rock and roll. The Sultan trailer is fantastic where Bollywood’s Bhaijaan rocks each and every frame of Sultan. Right from his classy swagger, the twirling of his moustache to beating his thighs, it is Salman all the way. Well Salman plays a Haryanvi wrestler Sultan Ali Khan in the film, where he falls for Anushka Sharma who plays Aarfa soon after watching her wrestling on the ground, and says that he will marry her. Sultan tries to woo Aarfa and even tries to speak in a Haryanvi sort of English to impress her. But doesn't succeed much or rather, his English doesn't help. The trailer also talks about the dreams of Sultan Ali Khan, where he wants to win a gold medal in the Olympics for wrestling. And it appears that his dream gets accomplished. But then later due to certain events, Sultan quits wrestling only to revive after a sabbatical. The trailer also shows Amit Sadh who spots the spark in a desi wrestler Sultan. Randeep Hooda, who plays Sultan's trainer, challenges Sultan regarding his skills. He seems to have no hope in Sultan and also says that he doesn't train 'dead people.' Well the trailer shows that Salman Khan has put in a lot of hard work to get into the skin of the ageing 40 plus wrestler and that deserves an applause.
