Elsa from Frozen Costume

Make your child an Elsa from Frozen costume with this SheKnows how-to!
Supplies:
• Rotary cutter
• 10 yards of light weight blue tulle
• 2 yard of blue lining fabric
• ¼ yard of a thick knit blue fabric
• 1 yard or 3/4” elastic
• 3 yards of iridescent white organza
• Snow lakes
• Blue ribbon
Directions:
1. Cut our lining your child’s waist plus 7” & 1 inch shorter than length of skirt
2. Sew the side of lining together
3. Cut your tulle into 10-“xx” pieces
4. Sew tulle together at top
5. Pull the thread to gather tulle
6. Sew down the side of the tulle
7. Sew in iridescent cape to the back
8. Cut ribbon into 4 pieces 12” pieces
9. Sew them in place to be straps – you will tie them together
10. Create belt
11. Add snow flake
