Kanye West's Surprise Show Shuts Down NYC Streets

Kanye West tried to throw a surprise show at New York's Webster Hall in the very wee hours, but after the streets were flooded with more than 4,000 fans, he tried to get the mayor to shut down the block but ultimately had to cancel his show.
