Mallika Sherawat Reveals Why She Did Not Bag ‘Dangal’ Role

Haryanvi hottie Mallika Sherawat, who had auditioned for the role of Aamir Khan’s wife in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Dangal’, ended up losing the role to Sakshi Tanwar and the actress recently revealed why she could not be a part of the film.
At a recent event, Mallika said, “I had auditioned for the role of Aamir’s wife in Dangal and though Aamir and the film team loved my auditions, they felt that irrespective of whatever make-up was used, I would not look old enough to play a mother to four teenage daughters. That is the sole reason I lost out on the role.”
The role later went to Sakshi Tanwar, who shot to fame with Balaji soap ‘Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki’.
