Nepal quake: Government asks volunteers to help in rebuilding efforts

The government in Nepal has been asking volunteers to help rebuild homes that were destroyed in last year's earthquake. But so far no one has signed up to help. The rainy season is approaching and thousands still live in temporary shelters.
