Recipe:
3/4 oz. Cognac
3 oz Champagne
two dashes of bitters
sugar cube
Instructions:
Add Cognac and Champagne to a Champagne flute.
Soak the sugar cube in the bitters and add to Champagne and Cognac mixture.
Garnish with a large lemon twist.
