At least 30 migrants are feared dead after their boat capsized off the coast of Libya Wednesday, members leading rescue efforts believe. EU Naval Units and Italy's coast guard raced to the scene 35 miles off the coast and rescued 77, but they say up to 30 migrants may be dead. The Italian navy rescued 562 migrants from a capsized boat on Wednesday.
