Peeping-Tom who filmed young girl in Target dressing room identified by police

FRISCO, TEXAS — Authorities say tips have helped police identify a suspect who used a cell phone to film a girl in the female section of the changing rooms at a Target store on May 3.
Police say the peeping-Tom suspect is 29-year-old Charles Sidney McKissack III. Officials say McKissack often goes by Chad and is originally from the Corsicana area, according to CBSDFW.
Authorities say McKissack may currently be homeless and that there isn't any vehicle information available for him.
An arrest warrant has been issued for McKissack on a charge of invasive visual recording, which is a state jail felony.
Officials say a girl was in the women's changing room at the Super Target at 3201 Preston Road at about 7 p.m. on May 3 when she noticed a man peering over the wall with a cell phone pointed at her.
The girl told her parents and alerted store workers, but McKissack had already vacated the premises.
