Security guard kicks transgender woman out of lady's bathroom

WASHINGTON — A security guard was charged this week for allegedly using force to remove a transgender woman from the ladies' bathroom.
According to NBC Washington, Ebony Belcher was visiting a Giant store at noon on Wednesday when the incident took place.
Belche asked a clerk for directions to the lady's bathroom. On her way there, she passed the female security guard in question, reported NBC Washington.
Belcher claims the guard came into the toilet and started calling her names and that the guard then pushed her out of of the store.
She called the cops, who reportedly reviewed CCTV footage from the store and later charged the guard with simple assault.
