“Mister Ed” star and Emmy-award winning actor Alan Young died Thursday The veteran actor was 96 and died of natural causes at the Motion Picture and Television Home in Woodland Hills, California Young is best known for his role of wacky Wilbur Post on the early sixties sitcom “Mister Ed" He also played a role in “Duck Tales,” three Disney films, “Alice Through the Looking Glass,” “The Smurfs,” and Nickelodeon’s “The Ren and Stimpy Show."
