Brazil's suspended speaker Cunha goes before ethics committee

Eduardo Cunha, suspended speaker of Brazil's lower house of Congress and a key rival of Dilma Rousseff, insists that he does not have any undeclared bank accounts in Switzerland, while answering questions before an ethics committee that could push him out of office permanently.
