Aamir Khan On His Terrible Injury During Dangal Shooting

We had reported that Aamir Khan had injured himself while shooting for an action scene for ‘Dangal’ in Ludhiana and the Perfectionist opened up about his injury while interacting with journalists at the Mumbai airport when he came back from Ludhiana.

When queried by reporters, Aamir said, “Yes, I injured my back while shooting a wrestling scene in the film. A back muscle had an acute spasm as a result of which, it is quite painful to move around.” When asked if the shooting of the film has been stalled, Aamir said, “I have been advised to rest for a week and will resume shooting after that.”

Aamir is seen playing wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat in the film, which is being directed by Nitest Tiwari.
