Joe Biden admits 'I would have been the best president'

Vice President Joe Biden admitted that he would've been "the best president" on Good Morning America Wednesday, but that his choice not to run was in the best interest of his family. He revealed that he had planned on making a bid for the White House, but that after the death of his son, Beau, he decided against it. "No one should ever seek the presidency unless they're able to devote their whole heart and soul," Biden added.
