A notorious stalker of Grammy winner Taylor Swift was arrested outsideof the singer's New York City apartment in Tribeca Tuesday. Lucas Vorsteveld, 25, of Bryport, Vermont was discovered by Swift security Tuesday night at a side entrance to her swank Franklin St. condo, according to an NYPD source. The mentally ill Vorsteveld was previously charged for trespassing in 2013 near Swift's seaside mansion in Watch Hill, R.I.
