UNCUT: Saala Khadoos Trailer Launch | R.Madhavan, Rajkumar Hirani

After playing a noble husband in ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’, R. Madhavan will be seen playing a crusty boxing coach in upcoming film ‘Saala Khadoos’ and the trailer of the film, which has been produced by Rajkumar Hirani, was unveiled today.
The trailer revolves around Madhavan’s character, an angry and bitter boxing coach, who sets out to find a protégé worth mentoring and decides to train an arrogant fisher-woman, who he meets during his travels. The trailer goes on to delve into their bitter-sweet relationship and the way the two characters learn from each other. Apart from Madhavan, the film also stars Zakir Hussain, Nasser and Ritika Singh, who makes her debut with this film.
Though we found the trailer quite impressive and inspiring, we were also reminded of films like ‘Chak De India’ and ‘Million Dollar Baby’ as both the films had featured a no-nonsense and tough coach. However, we did love Madhavan's rugged looks and his intense avatar, which will surely make the film worth a watch.
