Dozens Dead After Pakistani Man Poisons Sweets Sold In His Shop

Pakistani man Khalid Mehmood has admitted to adding pesticides into a batch of sweets sold in his shop after getting angry at his brother who co-owns the business; at least 30 have died.

More than 30 people have died from deliberate food poisoning in Pakistan. 
The Independent is reporting that Khalid Mehmood from Karor Lal Esan village has admitted to mixing pesticides into sweets sold at the store he co-owns with his brother in order “to teach him a lesson.” 
His anger reportedly arose over perceived mistreatment during a business deal, reports AFP.
