On January 27, 2016, a man walked into a Wells Fargo in Mesa, Arizona sufficiently hidden behind the disguise.
He waited in line like everyone else and when the teller called him up, handed over a note demanding money. The suspect then threatened to spray sulfuric acid if the teller did not comply.
Frightened, the employee ducked down behind the counter. The suspect then calmly walked out of the bank and into his vehicle in the parking lot.
Nicknamed "The Acid Bandit," the man is considered armed and dangerous.
