Begusarai’s Poonam To Play Akshara’s Daughter Naira Post Leap | Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata

With Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai completely ready with a five year leap we will see Poonam playing Akshara’s daughter in the serial. Yes, so it is goodbye Ashnoor Kaur and welcome Poonam.
As the serial was going for a leap there was a hunt for a grown up Naira which began some time back and now it is none other than Shivangi Joshi who steals the role. So Shivangi would now essay the role of Naira according to reports.
Obviously the makers would have wanted something new in the serial and it required that someone elder to Ashnoor should be in the role so why not Poonam. Also Rohan is elder to her so the face has to be someone much younger.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata has thus taken a drastic leap with new faces and a different storyline.
