Ingredients:
- Baby potatoes/ frozen fries
- oil
- cashew nut pieces
- capsicums
- finely chopped ginger
- finely chopped garlic
- schezwan sauce
- sugar
- water
- soya sauce
- salt
- spring onion

Method:
- Deep fry the boiled potatoes. Once they cook take them out.

- In a pan heat some oil, add cashew nut pieces, capsicums, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped garlic, schezwan sauce , sugar and dash of water , soya sauce, salt and add the fried potatoes.

- Add some spring onion leaves and the schezwan potatoes are ready to be served!
