Activists in Saint Lucia Call for Change in Marijuana Laws

There is a growing movement in the Caribbean that seeks to decriminalize pot. Proponents in Saint Lucia took to the streets over the weekend, demanding that government modernize its approach to drug policy, by recognizing the medicinal and religious values of marijuana.
