Voices of the Campaign: the Baltimore council hopeful

Throughout the 2016 US election AFP is meeting some of the Americans who make up the many Voices of the Campaign. A year after the death of Freddie Gray and the ensuing protests, community leaders in Baltimore want to channel that energy into local and national elections. Some, like Gary Crum, have even been spurned into action and decided to run for the council.
