Bolivia: Disabled Activists Demand State Allowance Increase

More than 300 disabled individuals in Bolivia have been marching for almost a month, campaigning for more financial support from their government. They demand a regular monthly allowance to help them achieve a better quality of life. With more on this is our Bolivia correspondent Dimitri O’Donnell.
