Police in Chattanooga, Tennessee rescued a young woman standing on the edge of a bridge during the evening of April 16.
Police in Chattanooga, Tennessee rescued a young woman standing on the edge of a bridge during the evening of April 16.
Officer Steven Meador responded to the call around 11:30 p.m. where he came across the woman sitting on the wrong side of a handrail facing Tennessee River on the Market Street Bridge.
Attempts to talk her down failed as she eventually stood up, and according to the Chattanooga Police Department's Facebook page, "...grew more agitated with every second."
