Gymnastics Coach Performs Acrobatic Rescue of Young Athlete

The Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) Ontario Championships 2016 featured not only athletes competing for titles, but a coach deserving an award for best catch ever. The save happened during pre-competition practice when Cadence Tuite of Gym Magic Gymnastics Club was launching herself from a horizontal bar. She appeared to be at risk of landing out of range of the padding, but fortunately, her coach Vitali Laurentide was there to keep her safe. Credit: YouTube/Warren Liebmann
