What exactly caused it to overturn remains unclear, but witnesses told WNBC they saw the vehicle’s right tire break away moments before the Humvee tipped.
All four people in the vehicle were taken to the hospital, some by air and others by land.
Two of the soldiers are listed in critical condition.
