Bizarre video has emerged from China of a supermarket that only sells mint condition empty packaging.

The footage, filmed in Shanghai last Friday, shows the shop, which is laid out like a normal supermarket, where all the packages are empty but cost the same as the actual goods would.

According to local reports, the supermarket was opened by an artist named Xuzhen.
