Mickey Deputy has been putting up a fight almost all her life. The 18-year-old, who lives with Down syndrome, was born with three heart defects and later fought cancer when she was only 7 years old. This never got in the way of her dream of being Miss America someday, though. Now Mickey is an experienced pageant contestant who's working her way to the big leagues: the Miss America pageant.
