ADNAN OKTAR: God says in the 21st verse of Surat al-Furqan, I seek refuge in God from the accursed satan; "Those who do not expect to meet Us...", in other words those who do not believe in the hereafter, "...say, ‘Why have angels not been sent down to us? Why do we not see our Lord?’ They have become arrogant about themselves and are excessively insolent." (Surat al-Furqan, 21) God informs us about the root of their problem. We think that some people have a sense of arrogance because they cannot find enough evidence for God's existence, because it is beyond their comprehension.
