Unfinished Business: Cycle World's Don Canet and Victory Racing Return to Pikes Peak--with an Electric Racer! Part One

Cycle World Road Test Editor Don Canet returns to the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in 2016 for his third assault on the Mountain. This year, Canet will ride a Victory Racing Electric Prototype racer built on the company's podium-finishing Isle of Man TT machine that makes 192 pound-feet of torque.
