Whole Foods to open new, affordable organic markets in May

In an effort to once again corner the organic, healthy foods market, grocery giant Whole Foods is getting ready to launch a completely new store with a specific aim.
365 byWhole Foods Market is a lower-priced grocery store that hopes to give customers a more streamlined and affordable shopping experience The first 365 store is expected to open May 25 in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The company is also keeping more of an eye on customer demand and not stocking items like bottled water, which aren't as high of a priority as other goods.
