The sinking ship that is the Los Angeles Lakers reached an all-time low this week as the team's prized rookie D'Angelo Russell comes under fire for his role in collapsing the relationship between backcourt running mate Nick Young and Australian rapper Iggy Azalea.
A video that was taped by Russell in clandestine fashion recently made the rounds on celebrity gossip sites.
It shows the 30-year-old Young divulging information that would jeopardize his relationship with Azalea.
The Lakers have expressed disappointment in Russell's actions, which have dealt the prestigious franchise a hard blow.
"There were trust issues already.
Now there's no trust," a team source told ESPN's Ramona Shelburne.
