A number of explosions were heard and one person reportedly “neutralized” during police operations in Schaerbeek, Brussels, on March 25. This footage shows the scene at a tram stop on Avenue Rogier near Place Meiser in Schaerbeek, where a person is seen on the ground while a police bomb-disposal robot approaches.RTBF reported that operations were taking place at Place Meiser and that a man was shot and arrested.
