China approves new 5-year plan to grow 6.5 pct. annually

Beijing, Mar 16 (EFE/EPA), (Camera: Antonio Broto/ Rolex dela Pena).- The Chinese legislature approved a new five-year plan on Wednesday, targeting 6.5 percent annual growth in the 2016-2020 period, while Premier Li Keqiang expressed optimism about the economy.
