Broadway Star’s Dream Of Keeping Hamilton On $10 Bill Likely Coming True

On Wednesday morning, Lin-Manuel Miranda, star of the Broadway hit "Hamilton," eased concerns that Alexander Hamilton will be disappearing from the $10 bill.

Last summer, Jacob J. Lew, Secretary of the Treasury, announced changes would be coming to the $10 bill, making fans of Alexander Hamilton very nervous.
As there has been talk of putting a woman on the paper money, many expressed fear that her portrait would replace that of the founding father.
On Wednesday morning, Lin-Manuel Miranda, star of the Broadway hit "Hamilton," eased that concern, tweeting, “I talked to @USTreasury about this on Monday. Sec. Lew told me '"you're going to be very happy.'"
