Suspect shoots vehicle of undercover police officer; tries to carjack people in attempt to get away

Police said the man fired at the officer's vehicle Wednesday morning. When the officer tried to pull the suspect over, the man drove off until he crashed into another vehicle. The suspect then tried to get into the vehicles of other people. He was un
