Flooding in Deweyville Prompts Mandatory Evacuations

Texas Governor Greg Abbott declared a state of disaster in 17 counties on Monday, March 14, as flooding hit parts of east and southeast Texas. Authorities ordered mandatory evacuations for residents along the Sabine River in Deweyville for fear that 100 percent of the houses there would be flooded.This video shows flooding in Deweyville on Monday.
