Christians and Jews would no doubt accept Our Prophet (saas) if they were to read his life and the Quran

ADNAN OKTAR: "and to warn those who say "God has a son"." (Surah al-Kahf, 4) This way the Quran corrects the false belief of Christians that God has a son. If the Christians accept what the Quran corrects about their beliefs, they will be on the right way. Almighty God says "if the Christians perform prayer, give alms and do not commit idolatry, there won't be any problem.’ Because in that case Christians will be Muslims as well. Look, they should pray and give alms. God sets these conditions. And they shouldn't commit idolatry. That’s all. If they oblige, God says that they will be on the true path.

Also, they shouldn't reject any prophet. Jewish rabbis who previously visited us said that "We hold Hazrat Muhammad (saas) in high regard just like the Prophet Abraham (pbuh).  If a person rejects even one prophet, he will be rejecting the whole religion.
